Summary: The house was a great place for me and my buddies to stay for our snowboarding trip. Only reason it's not 5 stars is due to the hot tub not working one of the nights that we stayed. The host was very easy to communicate with and work with and even refunded us some of the cost for the fact that the hot tub didn't work (and the hot tub was a major priority when looking for a place to stay). However, the actual experience of staying here was dampened by the fact we all were very much looking forward to a nice soak in the hot tub after snowboarding all day and we get back to the house and its 78 degrees and not getting any warmer. So we're very appreciative of a partial refund due to the hot tub not working but that doesn't change the actual experience we had so I just don't feel right giving a full 5 stars. But if you're reading this and think I'm being too harsh due to the fact we were partially refunded, then just consider it a 5 star stay and you'll probably be pleased with booking this place.
