Summary: The room was furnished and decorated well, although the window had some mould due to its age (presume difficult to solve in a listed building). The staff were friendly although they’re shared between the pub and the hotel so you may need to wait a little while. We had some issues with the shower, the tap handle was nearly impossible to turn so couldn’t adjust the temperature. Overall, I’d say it’s a great location and nice hotel although full price might be difficult to stomach.
