Summary: Lovely hotel. Excellent location. Bar staff were super helpful and the bar food was nice. We didn’t have breakfast as we weren’t aware, and hadn’t checked, that breakfast was not included if booking via a 3rd Party, ie Hotels.com. Our fault so we decided in a McDonald’s breakfast as it was £20 per adult for breakfast and not much less for the kids so it would have been an unexpected expense. We arrived early for our room as we had travelled from a few nights in Manchester. When I went to check if the room may be ready, the gentlemen behind the desk was very dismissive
