Its location is perfect, positioned at the end of the runway, between the beach and the estuary, Bonnie-Doone is but 5 properties away from the shopping centre, information centre, bar, cafe, takeaways and bakery. Pop out for a morning coffee and newspaper and be back within a minutes walk to the 'serenity' of our warm and comfortable home.
The house has a main bathroom and master bedroom ensuite, 2 double bedrooms, and single bunk beds. Ideally the house is set up for guests of 6. There is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, freeview TV (with a sky card slot), a new Weber BBQ, air-conditioning and wifi.
Make use of the games or relax and read a book and have quality family time.
Come back from the beach and enjoy the private outdoor shower and relax on the large deck under the Shade 7 umbrella.
Note - this property only has a garden shed - no garage for storage of large toys.....
