Summary: This was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It was not immediately obvious that we were even at the correct hotel a ns the sign out front said Norwood Inn. I feel like they market Blue Way Inn and Suites as nicer than Norwood Inn even though it's the same facility. I don't think they had our room ready when we got there even though we got there 4 hours past check in time and there didn't seem to be many other people staying there. I'm pretty sure they just changed the sheets and sprayed a bunch of air freshener. The faucet on the sink was leaking and they had placed a bucket to catch the water in which ended up overflowing during our stay. The hallways in the hotel smelled like cigarettes and cat/dog pee. Calling this place a 2 star hotel feels like a stretch and we felt that it was way overpriced for the quality. Only ended up staying here because there were no other options due to it being a busy weekend in LaCrosse. Will not be staying here again or recommending to anyone.
