Third bedroom with twin beds, TV plus, bath. The home is furnished in modern contemporary style with wide-open kitchen and sliders to the pool area that opens the entire house, up to a great room concept. With open sight lines to be engaged with all your family and friends. For your entertainment the home features a Foosball table, and Comcast cable, smart TV in the family room as well as a Comcast cable, smart TV in the living room where you can relax on the Stress-less recliner. The lanai also has a pool toy box with plenty of toys to enjoy the hot Florida sun in a refreshing pool. If you want to explore the neighborhood, five bicycles are supplied in the garage.
