**From October 15th to May 15th, the pool will be heated between 82/84 degrees for an additional $75/day for the duration of your stay**

The house is located less than two miles away from Old Town Scottsdale and about 15 min from the airport. The neighborhood is super safe. It is a quiet family oriented neighborhood located close to everything :-)
A Uber ride is about $7 to Old Town Scottsdale.
