Kayaks and paddle boat are provided.This newly built home is located in Weare, a classic New England small town, that is private but also conveniently placed a 15 minute drive away from Manchester and an hour drive away from Boston. The property includes a 10+ acre wooded lot, adjacent to several hundred acres of town conservation forest. This home is completely invisible from the outside street, and is distanced from only three neighbors around the lake, making it the ideal place for a private retreat or getaway.Your stay will be complete with High Speed Comcast Internet, top notch Central A/C for the summer time, and an energy-efficient heating system for the winter time! The house is equipped with a full-house automatic electric generator in case of emergency. The space design includes a spacious balcony and marble-countered kitchens, alongside comfortably furnished living and common spaces!Fantastic surround sound system installed for the whole house. Each room also has its own audio system. Only four miles away you can visit the CLOUGH STATE PARK which includes the stunning 150-acre EVERETT LAKE, a 900-foot sandy beach, playing fields, and a large picnic area. Activities in the park include swimming, hiking, fishing, picnicking and non-motorized boating!Also with a 15 minute commute, you'll find PAT'S PEAK: a popular alpine ski area with various trails, terrain parks, and snow tubing! For longer ski trails, a half an hour drive away is MOUNT SUNAPEE STATE PARK with breathtaking views all year round while you hike, ski, or snowboard!
