Summary: This is a gem! The pictures do not do justice to the property! It’s right on the beach and the place is perfect for hot weather. We were 18 people in our party and was big enough for us. The house is well made and well designed. The only downside is that the property has no WIFI On another note, make sure you read all the details about the rental. there is an extra charge for electricity. Ours was 64 total for 3 nigths/4 days and we hardly used the air conditioning nor use the washer or dryer. The area feels very safe even though is somewhat rundown. There is a lot of empty/abandoned buildings near and around the property. So, if you do not mind that, you can enjoy the beautiful beach. We were just there and the beaches were nearly empty.We would love to return to las Peñitas!
