Summary: Check-in was smooth and the location is convenient, but my main issue was the overall condition of the property. The photos online don’t reflect the current state very accurately. During my stay there was construction work underway, including installation of a second lift, which made the shared areas dusty and the environment noticeably noisy. The restaurant also felt quite dated and looked neglected. The room itself also needed attention. The general upkeep felt tired and outdated, with paint marks, visible nails left in the walls where pictures were missing, and water stains on the walls. Even small details were overlooked—there were empty information folders with no useful content, and the telephone in the room wasn’t working. While it’s not directly the hotel’s fault, the adjoining premises appeared abandoned, and the pool there had stagnant water and a strong, unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, the odor made it uncomfortable to stay in the room at times, and the view of the pool with putrid water was very unpleasant. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and dinner was ok.
