Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Clean and decorated in a cute beach theme. Kitchen well stocked. Comfy beds. Light and bright high ceilings and skylights. Lots of couch space for watching tv/dvd. Quick walk to the beach or up to Hwy 101 for dining out. Big dining table perfect for puzzle and game play. Most windows had screens so you can open for fresh air.
Negative: Could have used some AC on the hot days! The bathroom sink was plugged up but management was very responsive and was fixed on the 2nd day and also brought us a fan to use to keep air moving in the house. The house key has a tendency to fall out of the lock box when you open it, and lands on to the porch which has big openings! It would be safer to have a little rug or mat under the box so the key doesn't fall under the deck. Ceiling Fan remote missing for the Twin room.
Summary: Wonderful beach visit at a rental that lived up to the name "Beachy Keen"!
