Positive: The house had plenty of space to accommodate a large group. And had 3 bathrooms which was a plus.
Negative: We booked the house for 4 bedrooms with 4 beds arrived to only finding 3 beds. Booked this house specifically for the jacuzzi and when we asked how to start it Was told there would be an extra $100 charge to use the jacuzzi due to gas bill being high, all this was said after booking and being in the house a couple days. We booked the place back in sept for a dec check in. Plenty of time for the host to communicate and let guest be aware of the changes prior to arrival. There was no where to sit to eat. The kitchen table only had 4 chairs. We weren’t allowed to eat on furniture and with a group of 9 we had to stand to eat. Couldn’t walk without shoes on or your socks/feet would be black. No instruction book on how to work lights or window blinds Not all outlets in rooms worked The neighbors dog barked all night Couldn’t sit and talk outside after 10pm without the neighbors complaining of noise All dos and don’ts and extra fees should be discussed prior to paying/booking
