Summary: Two receptionists - one lovely one awful. Three times he tried to charge us again for the room if prepaid for. The location is great and it’s clean enough to be passable. However one of the staff members tried to scam us (the other man was helpful and lovely). The fridge motor sound meant we had to unplug it and just buy cold drinks as it was like sleeping next to a drummer boy, the aircon needs servicing desperately and was equally noisy. The staff and people who lived there also banged doors and shouted ALL night. Access to a nearby swimming pool is a bit far fetched - it’s a bit of a trek and they weren’t helpful directing us there - made it out to be inconvenient. The entire property needs renovating. Would recommend anyone NOT to stay here. Am baffled as to how it’s rated good - will definitely stick to exceptional on future!
