Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The apartment is amazing, it’s new, well located, quite big, well equipped, has some essentials in the kitchen and nice soaps in the bathroom. Communication was smooth and pleasant, the show that guys recommended and helped to book - we really enjoyed. Very comfortable beds and quite dark and quiet at night - which is important for me for a good night sleep.
Negative: There’s a huge renovation or demolition just the next door building, that’s why you have heavy noise from 8:15 am till around 18pm. Also the road is often blocked because of the big trucks so the taxi can’t come to the building. Of course I was not all the time at the apartment and I wake up early so it was not bothering me and guys made a discount for the inconvenience. But I think people should know it in advance. It seems like the renovation started not yesterday and they gonna finish only in a few months. So for those who like to sleep late - it’s a problem. Just keep it in mind. I did not like that the owners say that they thought that the renovation is finished, I don’t think it’s true. And I also felt manipulated when they asked to put 10 in the last message saying that everything below is considered as not satisfactory. I put 8 as very good. And 10 for the flawless stays. Please update the info about renovation
