Positive: Of course Water park is very good but bit cold in January. Breakfast is very good and lot of options western and eastern. Kids bathrobes are very cute.

Negative: Lobby have just 4 seats. Why??? there are lot of people and Check in process is so long. There are 1 coffee shop has lot of seats but they if you don't buy anything let it go. 5 star hotel but cleaning service very bad, Everyday cleaning but mirror have spots. Family pool water has heater but last 2 days don't work. in January Sanya is not good for regular pool. If pool water has heater there is very important
