Summary: A sad experience. We arrived at the accommodation at 2:30 PM. A woman from the family living in the house could be heard screaming, shouting loudly, and throwing things around. We rang the doorbell three times, and a man informed us that the room was not ready yet and that we would have to sit outside until 4:00 PM. After 15 minutes, we decided to leave due to the woman’s extremely loud and violent behavior. We really didn’t want to stay there. We returned at 5:00 PM, where the man showed us a nice, clean basement room with a shared bathroom with other guests, although we were the only ones there at that time. All the while, the woman’s uncontrolled screaming and shouting could still be heard. I went upstairs to ask if everything was okay. An elderly woman and the man said they had it under control. The woman continued shouting for two hours, so we left to eat. We returned at 0930 pm and there were still problems. The family lives on the ground floor, and we were accommodated downstairs in the basement. We went down to the basement to sleep since we had an early flight the next day. At around 1130 PM, the house finally became quiet. It was a really bad and unsettling experience. We tried to cancel our booking upon arrival, but it was not possible according to the rules. We locked our door and tried to sleep amidst the noise.
