In spring 2019 our 2 double rooms and the corridor were lovingly renovated and now radiate a particularly warm atmosphere of wellbeing. For the spring of 2020, the kitchen will be modernized in a further renovation phase.

83 m² closed, stair-free apartment with its own, barrier-free entrance and large, cozy winter garden.
Our apartment has very good facilities (such as a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, free WiFi, satellite TV etc.).

The place Kartitsch is an ideal starting point for mountain hikes in summer. These include the Carnic High Trail, the Lienzer Dolomites and the Sextner Dolomiten in neighboring South Tyrol / Italy. Mountain bikers also get their money's worth with the STONEMAN or the Herz-Ass Route.

Natural hiking trails, crystal-clear mountain lakes and summit crosses ensure unforgettable holiday moments. You can enjoy East Tyrolean delicacies in the many hiking huts. From cozy hiking trails to demanding mountain and climbing tours, there is something for everyone.

Eventful days are also pre-programmed in winter. Ski areas and cross-country ski trails promise fun for beginners and experts.

Natural toboggan runs, snowshoe hikes, winter hiking trails and curling are among the winter offers in town.
In addition, our snow-covered mountains are an insider tip for ski tourers.

The proximity to the town center, approx. 2 km, as well as to the surrounding mountains offers a lot of variety for the whole family. A particularly popular destination are the Carnic High Trail and the South Tyrolean Dolomites. Only about 15 minutes to the Italian border.
