Positive: the property has parking and a sea view
Negative: The presentation pictures are probably from the moment when the apartment was renovated. The walls are thin and you can hear very loudly from the neighbors. The window in the living room has only one layer of glass and you can hear it from outside, especially the garbage truck that comes early in the morning. The couch in the living room is very used and you can't sleep on it. In the bathroom smelled from the drain from the shower and the owners tried to cover this smell with scented sticks. I fixed this problem because otherwise you couldn't stay in the bathroom. The bedclothes are worn and some of them were torn. The cleaning that is done in the house is very superficial, the floor and the refrigerator on the outside are dirty.
