Ideal für Familien, Reisegesellschaften oder auch "WGs" auf Zeit. Idyllisch gelegen, sehr ruhig, jedoch nah an wunderschönen Wanderwegen in die Umgebung - und gleich "ums Eck" vom beliebten Ausflugslokal "Obermühle" und der preisgekrönten Bäckerei Neumeier. Parkplätze stehen für Sie vor dem Haus kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Haltestelle"Weißbach Obermühle" der Buslinie 1 in die Stadtmitte (Predigtstuhlbahn, Rathausplatz, Kurgastzentrum, Bahnhof), sowie zur Staufenbrücke und zum Schwimmbad befindet sich gleich hinterm Haus (200m) bei der Gaststätte "Obermühle".
Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen von den Gästen selbst mitgebracht werden.

Sie erreichen die Mozartstadt Salzburg mit dem Bischofsschloss Hellbrunn (Wasserspiele) in wenigen Minuten mautfrei über die B 21/österreichische B1. Direkt hinter dem Haus, in ca. 1 Minute Fußweg liegt das beliebte Ausflugslokal "Obermühle", das auf Google Maps u.a. als "das beste Gasthaus im Raum Bad Reichenhall. Exzellente Küche, Fleisch, Fisch, Geflügel aus eigener Zucht, liebevolle Präsentation der Speisen - das Auge isst mit - und sehr guter Service." empfohlen wird. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist komplett modern und hochwertig ausgestattet mit Dusche, Badewanne, Doppelwaschtisch und seperatem (Dusch)-WC, sowie einem Waschtrockner (das ist Waschmaschine und Trockner in einem) in der Wohnung (Bad). In der nagelneuen Einbauküche finden Sie auch eine gemütliche Frühstücks-Sitzecke (Bank, Tisch, Stühle), Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Handmixer sind vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer: 1 mit Doppelbett und 1 mit einem 2er Stockbett plus einem Einzelbett und ein schönes, großes und helles Wohnzimmer mit Ecksofa und zusätzlichem, ausziehbarem Tagesbett (max. 2 weitere Schlafplätze). In der Diele haben Sie einen großen Essplatz mit zwei Eckbänken und großem Tisch. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Telefonanschluss mit freiem Internet-Zugang (auch WLAN; leider manchmal langsam wie in der ganzen Gegend) und Telefonflatrate innerhalb Deutschlands (Ausland gesperrt), ein großer LED-Flachbildfernseher mit Full-HD und Smart-TV (Internet) sowie eine Mini-Stereoanlage. Auf dem überdachten Balkon/Loggia schauen Sie geradeaus auf den plätschernden Mühlbach und links auf den Predigtstuhl, den Hausberg von Bad Reichenhall. Entspannen können Sie auf hölzernen Balkonmöbeln. Der Garten darf mitbenutzt werden (Liegewiese). Salz, Zucker, Tee, Kaffee, Küchenrollen, Seife und Toilettenpapier stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung. Handtücher und Bettwäsche bitten wir, selbst mitzubringen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung und schuhfrei (bitte Schuhe am Eingang ausziehen).
