Summary: This is a really wonderful and unique place to stay in Crete. It was such a lovely feeling to be waking up in an elegant windmill! It is well equipped and comfortable with everything you need for a holiday. The grounds are superb with outdoor space for sitting and eating, and flowers in the extensive gardens. We enjoyed trips to the beach at Vai and Itanos as well as a visit to the monastery at Toplou, and would also recommend the local restaurant in Agio Fotia, Dionysos. The welcome in Crete is outstanding and our visit was everything we hoped it would be.
