Air conditioning/heat. Large windows open to enjoy the ocean breeze and hear the sound of the waves at shore. There is a large deck with an upper deck to enjoy a full view of the ocean. BBQ, patio furniture and a setting to relax, enjoy and have fun!! The lower floor has an additional one bedroom set up with complete separate kitchen, dining, living room and full 4 pc bathroom. Great to leave wide open for the whole house use or to allow some privacy within your own guests. It also has it's own entrance and parking spot.
