Canal and pool views. How’d you like to see those every day? You can when you stay here. And being that this condo is on the 3rd floor (accessible by elevator), your views will be better than those below you. What’s more, the beach is just a across the road. If this all sounds good so far, read on to learn more about this condo and what it has to offer. This condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 4 people. As a result, this condo would be a great place for 2 couples traveling together, a couple on their own, or a mother and father with their child. Even though the condo is just over 1,000 square feet, the tile flooring that runs throughout the communal areas in the condo makes it feel bigger. The fully equipped kitchen may be small, but it’s efficient and has everything you’d need to put together a great meal. It also has modern appliances and granite countertops. If you leave the kitchen and go forward, you’ll enter the dining area where you’ll see a table and 4 chairs. Just past that is the living room. It has two teal-colored leather sofas and a TV hidden in a tall, green armoire. This room is the perfect place to kick back and relax after a long day out on the boat or at the beach. You may notice all the natural light that enters the condo. This is thanks to the large glass patio door. It also connects the living room to the outdoor screened-in patio/balcony. Here, you can really see those great pool and canal views. There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom, and it has a king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds
