This space is in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to vibrant downtown San Mateo. The home is centrally located 10 min to SFO, 20 min to Palo Alto, Stanford, and Half Moon Bay, and 30 min to downtown San Francisco with easy access to highways 101, 280, and 92. Bedrooms: 8 bedrooms in total. 5 bedrooms with queen beds, 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds or 1 King bed. Each room has a direct 1 Gig ethernet connected 50-55 inch smart TV, a desk and night lamp with USB charging ports, and a closet with high-quality wooden hangers, a luggage rack, and a laundry basket. Bathrooms: All 8 bathrooms completely renovated with granite countertops, modern glass shower enclosures, and new tile work throughout.
