An 8 bedroom/8 bathroom beautiful villa refurbished in 2020, with everything you need closeby - a supermarket is 250 metres, and the nearest restaurants and bars are a 5 to 10 minutes stroll. Chill by the poolside Tiki bar, with swim-up seating within the bubbling spa/splash pool.
Villa Cascada is decorated in a Mediterranean/Mexican style - think “Ibiza Cool” but without the compromise on comfort.

This is an amazing villa for families or large groups of friends. With a large outside table enabling everyone to dine together at the same time, plus an Outside Kitchen with large gas BBQ, pizza oven, large gas paella ring and more. There’s even a large 4K TV here - so you can watch the football or the Olympics outside in the shade.
Villa Cascada is a 15-20 minute walk to the famous Ambolo beach in Javea, voted one of the Top 50 Beaches in the World, and the other local beaches close by - with the Granadella beach accessible by the free tourist bus, and the large Arenal beachfront just a short drive/taxi ride.
There are 17 luxury sun loungers for all guests - and the pool area boasts a swim-up Tiki bar with chilled Estrella beer on tap, and a fridge to stock with fizz, wine and soft drinks. Next to the main pool is the bubbling spa which can also be heated. It also makes a perfect shallow splash pool for young children. A waterfall cascades into the swimming pool (and this is where the name 'Villa Cascada' comes from), and rock speakers play your favourite tunes as you relax poolside. And when relaxing gets too much - play pool with our professional outdoor pool table.
A playroom is just off the newly fitted kitchen, which has a large American fridge freezer complete with ice and filtered water, 2 ovens, dishwasher etc. The location of the play/chill zone allows for another space for children or teens to play on the Xbox, watch DVD’s or get busy with the Lego or other toys. Outside there's boules/petanque and a children's play area.
There's air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, TV's in all bedrooms and full Sky TV, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Video in the living room and around the house. Plus Amazon Echo units around the house. There’s fast 500MB fibre WiFi throughout the villa, even by the pool.
We have 7 bicycles for guests to use, of different sizes. Go off exploring further afield, let the children go out for the afternoon cycling - or use the bikes to go to the beach with the family.
Essentially Villa Cascada is split into 4 sections.... the main house has 3 bedrooms to one side, then off the living room is another wing to the house - which has 2 bedrooms. Off the pool area there's another separate entrance that houses a further 2 bedrooms, and finally, there's a rooftop bedroom with its own sun terrace. All master bedrooms have their own ensuite shower room, however, with 8 bathrooms every bedroom has its own bathroom facility. All of the twin bedrooms can be converted into Super King Size beds, and the bunk bedroom can house 3 children with a pull-out trundle bed - therefore adding various options for your stay, and allowing us to cater for up to 18 guests (please enquire beforehand).
