A modern and well-equipped house with panoramic views of pastures and beautiful surroundings. A private, rural location only a short drive from the beautiful Halland coast at Åskloster. Enjoy the peace and quiet. The balcony that runs around the whole house, gives you the opportunity to choose sun or shade. Large areas for family activities. From the house's main entrance and hall, you come straight to the heart of the house. An open modern and well-equipped kitchen with dining area, kitchen island and bar stools. A combined living room, dining area, comfortable seating and access to the terrace. Everything is tastefully furnished and has lovely light and extra ceiling height. There is also a TV with satellite dish and channel package from Allente. To the left is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet. From here you also have access to the terrace. To the right are two more bedrooms. One with two single beds and one with a single bed. There is also a bathroom with shower. In the main entrance you will find the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. In the pasture by the house there are a couple of horses that caretakers check daily. Only a short drive takes you to Kärradal. There is both a sandy beach and a rock bath with a jetty and bathing ladder. A popular restaurant is located right on the beach. This is a real summer idyll. Varberg is a summer city with a throng of people, taverns, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer city. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen in the distance. Take a walk down into the bastions and casemates, follow from the 13th century to our own time. Just outside Varberg is Getterön, one of Sweden's most famous bird sanctuaries. There are also exhibitions, a shop and a café. Another nice excursion destination is Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage Grimeton. Also visit the large shopping area GEKÅS in Ullared. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses nearby, the closest being Klosterfjordens Gk. Please note that garbage sorting and recycling is applied, see instructions in the house.
