Flat screen TV in living room and master bedroom, well-equipped kitchen for entertaining, and private yard and patio off living area for relaxing after golf or firing up the BBQ for dinner.

(b) Renter shall be responsible for all damage caused by, and all incidental costs related to the pet; and
(c) Renter and Guests may be required to leave the Premises immediately.
