This wonderful 4 bedroom house features multiple sources of entertainment and gathering spaces. There is the original cute and cozy cape house featuring 4 bedrooms, all with queen size beds and two bathrooms, one with a soaking tub. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal or enjoy eating out at the Rustic Rooster Restaurant (1 mile down the road!). There is a huge living room attached to an outdoor deck and screened in porch overlooking a spacious yard and the Mill River. The house also features a huge game room with a full size pool table, ping pong table, Pop-a-Shot basketball game, dart board and 9 foot shuffleboard table. Watch the big game or a movie in front of the wood burning stove on the sectional couch. The house is fun for everyone with over 2800 square feet of living space.
The circular driveway has room for four cars. The house is located on Route 103 in East Wallingford, a prime location for Vermont adventurers. Okemo mountain is 12 minutes away. Killington is just a 35 minute drive and a trailhead to the Appalachian Trail is literally 4 minutes down the road. Hike the awesome Clarendon Gorge in just minutes.
