1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside only. An additional cleaning fee will be added if butts are found on the property.
2. People other than those listed in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors (in addition to the booked guests) at any one time to 2. For additional visitors, please inquire with the host.
Any unauthorized visitors after 2 will be charged at $45 per person unless the host grants permission prior. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.
3. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
4. Host allows children with the following stipulations:
- Must be older than the age of 6 (for pool safety).
- Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'baby proofing'.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5. Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper (even if it is “flushable”.) Any damages caused to the plumbing system as a result of improper use will be at the expense of the guest.
6. Pets MUST be disclosed to the host in the message. An additional cleaning fee will apply if pet waste is not disposed of properly.
7. Maximum of 4 VEHICLES may be parked in the driveway. Do NOT park on the street. Do NOT park on the grass or lawn. Cars found to be parked on the grass will be subject to a $100 fee for each vehicle and their booking may be subject to cancellation.
