**ACCESS**
Guests will be able to access the apartment through keypad. The guest will be given the codes to the front building door and apartment door 24 hours prior to arrival.
**HOUSE RULES**
*Parties are prohibited at this location. If local authorities are called and a citation is issued, we will debit that amount from your security deposit and there will be a $500 charge.
*Any damage caused on furniture, appliances, or the apartment complex’s property by guests will result in them being charged accordingly based on the repair/replacement cost.
*If the apartment is left dirtier than a usual stay and has excessive weird odors, stains, or damages, you will be charged accordingly based on the repair/replacement cost.
*No smoking there will be a fee of $1000 towards the guest if any smoking has been detected.
*No pets. A fine of $500 will be charged to the guest if a pet was brought inside the apartment.
*Unregistered guests will be a $100 charge to the guest for every night of their stay. The maximum limit is 7 guests. If you need to exceed this limit there is a option to add more guests.
*There are strict quiet hours from 10PM-7AM. Loud music systems and other noisy equipment should not be used during these hours.
