Cazenovia was voted second in the Budget Travel "Coolest Small Towns In America," 2014, This historic home was extensively updated in 2025, and has two bedrooms and one full and and one half bath. Designed in 2025 with brand new kitchen induction range and new four season room. Located in the Village of Cazenovia. Originally built in 1824, this smart home has a screened front porch for coffee in the morning, tea in the afternoon and enjoying the sound of crickets in this peaceful community of about 3,000 people. Three blocks to downtown Cazenovia and Cazenovia Lake. Outdoor activities all year, including swimming, hiking, waterskiing, snow-skiing, snow shoeing, wine tasting and more!
The new bathroom offers a smart design allowing three users. One toilet room, one sink room and a room with shower and sink allowing three users of the downstairs bathroom. Plus a half bath upstairs between the bedrooms that was added in 2024.
Sleeping: one King bed, two twin, one crib. Smart tv in living room & new four season room. If you have Hulu or other television applications you can stream them to the tv. We do NOT have cable television.
