Step inside and the open plan living, kitchen, and dining area is a delight; bright and airy and with plenty of room to move around. The modern kitchen offers a host of appliances including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. The dining table sits to one side and offers plenty of seating for four. Here you can gather for a traditional Yorkshire breakfast before heading out for the day or come together in the evening to enjoy a home-cooked evening meal. The deep-filled sofas are perfectly placed to enjoy a cosy evening watching your favourite holiday movie on the Smart TV.
This lovely holiday home offers a newly refurbished wet room style bathroom with a large walk-in shower with a pull cord facility. After a long day exploring the local area retire to one of two bedrooms in Jessica’s Place; a king-size double with garden views and a twin room with an electric single bed. This room offers ramped garden access via the patio doors which is a real bonus. Both rooms are beautifully presented with the beds offering deep-filled mattresses and soft furnishings. The accommodation is completed by a recess in the hall which provides storage for an electric mobile hoist and shower seat should they be needed. On a sunny afternoon enjoy the tranquil garden, the seating is perfectly placed to enjoy the afternoon sun.
The market town of Driffield is a short drive away as is the stunning minster town of Beverley. Both towns offer a plethora of eateries, delis, and pubs with unique shopping experiences. With so much to do Jessica’s Place is the ideal base for your Yorkshire holiday.
