The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is the perfect space to sit back and relax whether just lounging on the comfy sofas or enjoying a family meal. The views are quite simply outstanding. Whilst in a delightful rural location, it is only a mile from the charming town of Gatehouse of Fleet, which offers a wide range of places to eat and relax. There are some lovely walks around the town and through the Town Woods and just a few miles away are some of the best beaches in Dumfries and Galloway at Cardoness and Mossyard.
The area has numerous coastal walks and forest trails, and for cyclists and mountain bikers, the 7Stanes tracks at Kirroughtree and Dalbeattie and within easy reach.
