The contemporary open plan living spaces are well equipped and furnished to provide excellent comfort, with en-suite facilities to every bedroom and no steps or stairs. Each has its own sunny patio with seating furniture that overlooks the landscaped courtyard, their own private parking, and a recreational grassed garden which you are invited to share.
Local walks and nature trails are close by ensuring the perfect location for summer holidays or winter escapes. The properties are nestled in the countryside, close to neighbouring villages with shops and pubs serving good food. The surrounding Broadland villages include Freethorpe, Lingwood, Strumpshaw, Reedham, Acle, Blofield and Brundall. Come and explore the best of Norfolk, with the famous Norfolk Broads and its amazing coastline, just 15 minutes’ drive away.
There are plenty of RSPB sites for great birdwatching nearby, including Strumpshaw Fen, Hickling Broad and Ted Ellis Nature Reserve at Surlingham. A golf course can be found at Blofield and Sprowston. Visit the city of Norwich with theatres, castle museum, cathedral, art galleries, market square, indoor shopping malls, restaurants and cafés.
