Positive: Complex itself is great. We loved everything about it.
Negative: We did not like an atitude of people who rented this place out. 1. Six months before the trip, during the booking we have requested a baby bed. We did not receive any confirmation about it. A month before the trip we asked if they remember they said that booking.com is organising such requests (which is not true). Later they confirmed that we will have our baby bed. In the end baby bed was not provided. 2. In the app they indicate that they provide hairdryer and iron. These things were not provided. When we asked about it they offered us to leave money on the table and they will buy these things for us. 3. We stayed for 9 nights. We were provided with two toilet paper rolls (for 4 people), no washing machine powder, no dishwasher tablets, no dishwasher soap. Nothing for washing the floor (even no mop), nothing to wash the dishes with by hand, nothing to clean the tables/furniture with. If you need the proof of my words, please ask, I have screenshots of our conversations
