Summary: Our family had a truly wonderful experience at 1Homes Cabo this past week. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning in the future. The personalized service and genuine care extended to us were exceptional and deeply appreciated. We genuinely felt at "home"—surrounded by what felt like family. Several individuals made our stay especially memorable. Brandon, Jefeth, and Alan stood out for their consistently warm, welcoming attitudes. Always happy to assist, they were a joy to be around—true gentlemen who represent the 1Homes brand with excellence. Jose and Javier also left a lasting impression. Their kindness, professionalism, and personable nature were evident every day. Their leadership and heartfelt concern for our well-being and happiness made a significant difference. They are, without question, the heart of the property. Lastly, a special thank you to your Front Office Manager, Sebastian Saldana. He handled a challenging customer service matter with exceptional poise and care. We were sincerely impressed by his calm demeanor, thoughtful approach, and ability to resolve the situation with professionalism and grace.
