Positive: Good location, parking included in the price. Quite quiet. Shower and kitchen were functional, but hopefully the apartment will be renovated and the bulk items will be replaced.
Negative: The quality of the kitchen utensils and the mattresses on the beds was poor. The air conditioning in the room was not fresh. The radiators did not heat up enough in cold weather.
