Positive: The location of the property is perfect for access to ski hills. The Ski lift is in front of the property complex. The place was clean and decorated nicely.
Negative: Our stay at a KOZE chalet in Mont-Tremblant was disappointing. Several essential amenities (salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, body wash, dish sponge) were missing. We confirmed with the host through booking.com that these were provided before hand. When we arrived and noticed these were missing, we reached out, and were told to buy them ourselves and would be reimbursed. One month later we are still waiting for compensation and we keep getting the run around that they are waiting on "Upper Management" to get back to them. During the stay, they did manage to drop off shampoo/conditioner and body wash the day after we arrived but only dropped off one set. There were two bathrooms. So we had to keep moving these items between bathrooms. The most serious issue is when we arrived we noticed the smoke detectors were not installed. There were exposed wires where they should have been. We reported this immediately, but KOZE did nothing to fix it during our stay. This is a major safety violation. Instead of proper compensation, we were only offered a 20% discount on a future stay, which does not address the safety risks and poor service.
Summary: We will not book with KOZE again unfortunately.
