Located at the South end of Sunriver, we are near all the BEST things Sunriver has to offer. SHARC, Village, Lodge, River, Business Park. The bike path is off in the distance of the house, making it convenient to get to without having all the crowds going right by the house. You will enjoy the large deck off the back of the house where deer are often seen in the morning and at dusk in the large open area. we provide 8 unlimited use SHARC passes and 8 cruiser bikes for your use.
Venture outside and explore the nearby Deschutes River, just a short 5-minute walk away. It's also the perfect walk in the morning with a cup of coffee or go for an evening Wine Walk. Spend an afternoon experiencing Sunriver. The house is just 10- minute bike ride to the Lodge, Village and SHARC. The bedrooms all have comfortable beds with nice bedding. There is one bedroom downstairs with a King size bed, large walk in closet and adjoining bathroom. 2 bedrooms upstairs and a large bathroom. One with a Queen size bed and the other has a twin over full bunk bed as well as a separate Full-size bed. The bunk room is perfect for kids or a family. The loft has a leather sofa futon as well as a Smart TV, desk and Game Cube system.
