1908 historic bungalow located steps away from the heart of Ybor, 7th Avenue. A city getaway to fall in love with only minutes away from Tampa nightlife. Access to free trolley car connecting you with downtown Tampa and Channelside.
The space
This fully renovated historic bungalow was built in 1908 and has modern new appliances. Curated details like the solid hart pine headers leading into the kitchen are repurposed wood from the original interior of the house. The private front and backyard is it’s own green oasis for you to explore.
Unveil the master suite by opening the bookcase door, you’ll find your hidden bedroom that is a cozy gem. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and blackout curtains. The living room has a smart TV and a large couch to sleep one. Beautiful natural light shines during the daytime makes it an ideal place to work or study. Updated with solid wood cabinets and countertops. With modern Samsung appliances throughout the kitchen with cookware, and complimentary coffee. There is a washer/dryer available for guest use.
There are two fully renovated bathrooms with walk in showers. The private backyard perfect for sunset gazing has a back deck and a ring toss for house hangs. Escape and enjoy a relaxing bath in the outdoor claw foot bathtub located on left.
Over the past 5 years I have renovated this home myself and it is a labor of love. All of the art and furniture are made by family or friends. I hope you enjoy the unique Ybor city and always come back to visit the zodiac house.
