On the entrance floor, a large suite with double bed and canapé with the possibility of using as a bed for small child, a private bathroom with Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. South balcony with hammock. Still on the same floor, a bedroom with double bed and a twin bedroom with 2 beds and a shared bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the intermediate floor, in open space, there is a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a balcony. A room with laundry/storage room, clothes treatment room, a guest WC and access to a small storage room.
On the lower floor, a barbecue and fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with sofa, cable TV, a social toilet and access to the outside.
Outdoor area with garden, dining table, shower, swimming pool, sun loungers, swing and beanbags, with an incredible view of the sea and the fantastic sunset at the right time.
