Positive: Everything. Quiet area with heaps of good restaurants, cafes and convience store. So quiet but a $2aud ride to the old quarter. Super clean. Great hosts. Good showers. Very comfy beds. Serviced daily. Lake is really nice and clean. Just loved it and am coming back next week for a few days before we go home. Aircon great. Big room. Great value

Negative: Hard to pick anything. Wifi a bit slow but think that might be a Ha noi thing. My phone wifi wasn't the greatest either. Maybe a few more plates and cutlery, but we at out all the time.

Summary: Stay here. Great clean apartment, Great value.
