Positive: Great location, nice appartment, good value for money.

Negative: I had quite a bit of trouble getting the code for the lockbox containing the keys. Called and mailed repeatedly the days before arrival before finally getting things fixed. Also there is no place to store luggage for the arrival/departure day, and you also cannot use the skiroom, which means you are left out in the cold with all your luggage. This is unacceptable. No reception, everything is outsourced, it felt like the owner just wants the money, without spending any time/effort.

Summary: Nice new appartment, great location, but no reception / luggage storage / skiroom before checkin...
