Summary: If I could give the communication of the host 10 stars, I would! I have never experienced such wonderful communication and help from a concierge staff. Because our check-in was so late, Chris sent us a video of how to get to our room and get checked in. They helped to secure airport and pickup and transfer. They made two phone calls for us to local establishments where we had excursions in order to clarify the details, and they also helped secure our taxi transfer to an excursion. Chris was so responsive and easy to reach through WhatsApp. The breakfast served to our room was delicious and beautiful. The suite was spotless and cleaned daily. We had everything we needed and more. I would recommend this beautiful suite to anyone!
