Located on a regular bus route there is no shortage of transportation to get around. Parking is free and easy access to the local stops and destination from here
Pet Policy:
There is an additional $150 charge for a pet to stay in the suite. When completing your booking, be sure to select the pet option to include the pet fee.
If your pet joins you during your stay (1 dog only), do not leave your dog unattended in the home or on the property, no dogs on the beds or on the furniture. Please pick up all pet waste from the yard. There will be an additional charge of $250 if pet waste is not picked up.
The suite may not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions
No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use in the house or on the property
Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm til 7am, please respect the neighbours
- Please do not wear your shoes inside the home.
- Please be reminded that this property is non-smoking, please do not smoke or vape inside or on the patios.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.

- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. - If you have a pet accompanying you during your stay, please pick up after them and don't leave their waste in the yards. Pets must be on leash outdoors.
