The guest house is complete with its own kitchen, living space, and bedrooms, making it a self-sufficient unit within the estate.
The Garage Apartment #A1 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom
Above the detached garage, you’ll find the third unit – a chic and cozy apartment that’s perfect for a couple or small family. This space is also brand new, featuring a sleek design and all the comforts you need for a peaceful stay. There is not a full kitchen in this apartment and must be rented with one of the other main homes.
There is a pet fee of $25 per pet, with a limit of one pet, and pets must weigh 20 lbs or less.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.
Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.
