Positive: Clean home.
Negative: Pots and pans desperately need replaced. Teflon is peeling and burned foods still in the pots/ pans. BBQ is not suitable for fatty meats or oily vegetables. While the Hot Tub was clean, the deck was not. we travel with a thermometer and use it to compare the Hot Tub temperature on the display with actual water temp. this tub is 3-4 degrees off or colder than what the display reading shows. it just was not 104 degrees as we have tubs in all our homes.
Summary: Beautiful and quiet home with privacy!
