The upper floor features beautiful hard wood floors, perfect for reducing allergens. There is a full kitchen, dinning/living room area, master bedroom with a king sized bed and a full bath. There are sliding glass doors in both the dining area and the master bedroom that open onto a private covered deck that runs the full length of the house. The lower floor has a carpeted sitting area with 2 bunk beds, ยฝ bath, laundry room and a screened in lanai perfect for BBQโs, family gatherings, and game nights (foosball table). If you come with your boat we have a buoy in front of the house.
