Positive: The home has great potential. The location was perfect for what we were looking for but the facilities were less than desirable.
Negative: The floors were filthy. We swept up a huge pile of pet hair as well as lots of dirt. The hardwood floor smelled like rotten beer, the dishes were not clean, inside the cabinets and the shelves in the pantry were dirty, the fake plants covered in dust and cobwebs, we were only provided 2 trash bags, the previous renters trash was still in the garage and had leaked out all over the floor. I reported the trash because you could smell it inside the home but nothing was done about it. There was no cleaning supplies either so we drove 17 miles to get cleaning supplies to sanitizer the countertops and clean the floor. There is also a lot of mold on the main support beam in the living room as condensation builds up on it and drips onto the floor below.
