Summary: Overall, our stay was good. We had a 1 room with king bed and pullout couch in the living room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. However, the extra linens in the closet for the pullout couch were dirty. We called down to the front desk for new linens and it took them well over an hour. I feel like that should have been handled with a little more urgency. The manger did call the following day and was very polite and made it right for us. Staff were friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It could use a little upgrade in regards to furniture- pullout couch you could tell was well used and there’s wear and tear. The pool and grounds of hotel was lovely and spacious. The beach was nice with chairs and umbrellas. The only frustrating thing with the pool/beach was people were claiming chairs with beach towels and they were obviously not present. My family and I would stay here again.
