Summary: This hotel is not a four star hotel. It is aged but most importantly lacks any show of being well managed. Everything has to be asked for (no third bed in room on arrival despite booking triple occupancy then no towels). The staff did not even put a refuse bin the room or a liner in the lavatory bin. Daily confusion over a table for breakfast was frustrating. Beware the layout as some builinga a considerable way from each other. Brand is a fabulous village, the Walliserhoff is not a fabulous institution.
